Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
The Annie Armstrong Offering is one of four missions offerings we receive each year.  These offerings support international missions (Christmas), North American missions (Easter), Roanoke Valley missions (May), and Virginia missions (September).

100% of your gift to the Annie Armstrong offering supports missionaries serving in the United States and Canada.  Envelopes are in the pew racks.

Committee Meetings
• The Personnel Committee will meet Sunday after the service.
• The Finance Committee will meet Thursday, March 16 at 6:30.

Books for BookNet
BookNet is a Roanoke Valley Baptist Association program to obtain books for southwest Virginia (Appalachia area), Standing Rock Indian reservation in South Dakota, and local mission projects. We are collecting new and gently-used books for preschool through 7th grade.  You will find baskets at each door of the church for your donated books. If you have any questions, Bette Yeatts will be glad to help you.

Amazon Smile
Do you buy from Amazon?  Use Amazon Smile!  Each time you make a purchase through Amazon Smile, the church will receive a donation.
• On your first visit to smile.amazon.com, choose Haran Baptist Church as your organization.
• Then, whenever you shop Amazon, use smile.amazon.com (instead of amazon.com).

Amazon says: Amazon Smile is a simple and automatic way for you to support your favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price to your favorite charitable organization.—–

Back Creek Outreach
Don’t forget to save your Box Tops for Education labels for Back Creek.  These labels are on many grocery items such as General Mills cereal, Betty Crocker baking mixes, Bisquick mixes, Green Giant vegetables, Progresso soups, Nature Valley bars, Pillsbury biscuits, Lysol cleaners, and Ziploc, Kleenex, and Hefty products.  You can put your labels in the cardboard church outside the office.

We also collect snacks for Snack Buddies at Back Creek.  Suggested snacks are animal crackers, Goldfish, and Cheez-its (no peanut products).  We emphasize Snack Buddies on the first Sunday of each month, but you can drop off snacks in the church office any time.
